Things Needed: Talk backs for team better coordination -
Small Group Leaders Meeting
1. Each small group leader shared updates about how their group is doing, including the concerns and struggles they are currently facing.
2. Pastor encouraged everyone not to lead small groups just for the sake of doing it, but to personally benefit from it. He reminded the leaders that small groups are not only for members, but they are meant to strengthen and help the leaders themselves grow spiritually.
3. The Chhatarpur small group has been closed. The members who were part of that group will be encouraged to join other available small groups.
4. The Gurgaon small group was recognized as the most effective small group of the month.
5. A new small group will be starting in Ghitorni at Yami’s place. Neu and Priscila will be leading this group. -

Small Group Leaders Meeting
Three main things we discussed today to keep in mind:
1. Consistency
– Please don’t skip small group, even if the number of people is low.
– Try to keep it on the same day each week so people know it’s Small Group Day and can plan accordingly.2. Keep us in the loop
– Please let us know about any changes before informing your small group.
– For example, if you’re cancelling a week or planning to do things differently, keep us in the loop first. You can message here or text me personally.3. Sharing expenses & logistics
– Ask your small group if people can contribute by bringing drinks, snacks, communion supplies etc.
– If you haven’t already, try transitioning to snacks instead of full meals and keep it simple.
